*Color: Sambhota is an ancient bat, having lived for many years, and it's visible on her. Her skin is wrinkled and she is strting to lose fur in some places, like on her neck and face. 
Her fur color is black, with white underbelly, neck and three white spots on her back. She has huge ears with several small nicks and tears on them.
Her wings are quite large, but are starting to weaken and are more and more fragile, so she doesn't fly much now.

*Personal history: To receive the position of an Elder, Sambhota had to work hard, harder than anyone else. And that was because she wasn't born in Endless Caves.
She and her family came from the southern part of Irbis Mountains in hopes of finding a better life. And despite not having all the rights as the autochthons have, they did well, they were safe, had enough food and a nice position of craftsmen. But young Sambhota had her ambitions, she wanted more, so the young bat, using her ingenuity and hard work, started to climb up in her role. To impress the higher-ranked bats she crafted many useful and often outstanding things,  tools, wweapons and decorations, and soon she became one of the most respected craftsmen in the Endless Caves, and her crafts were often sold outside of the bat city.
But it still wasn't enough, but for a newcomer there wasn't any way to receive a higher rank, except doing something what truly deserved respect. 
And luck was on the bat's side. One day an undiscovered  underground reserve of methane leaked and caught on a nearby torch, causing an explosion. A part of the cave's ceiling began to crack and fall down, and one bat, being previously injured in a skirmish with a hawk, would never make it out of the dangerous area on time. Sambota reacted out of pure instinct, flew to the bat and dragged him out of danger just before a rock came loose and fell on the place where they have stood seconds ago. 
The bat was the son of one of the deputies, and with her heroic act she earned the respect she needed. She was made a true Endless Caves habitant with all rights. But she still wanted more and never stopped working hard, participating in patrols, battles, missions, and after time one of the elders, the former deputy and father of the bat she saved, made her his deputy, and her ultimate goal was fullfilled. After the elder's death of old age she took his place and from now on she leads the Endless Caves along with the four other elders.
